Frequently asked questions
How fast will I get my code?
Instantly for most products: as soon as the payment settles, the code appears on your order page and in the confirmation email. In rare cases supplier-side delivery can take up to 24 hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cryptocurrency or your GiftyCode balance. Any payment-method surcharge is shown before you pay.
What if the region does not match my account?
A code only redeems in the region shown on this page — a US card cannot be used on an EU account. Check the region badge before buying; a redeemed-elsewhere code cannot be exchanged.
Will the subscription auto-renew?
No. This is a prepaid code for a fixed period — nothing is charged automatically when it ends.
What if my code doesn’t work?
First check the region and account requirements in the terms. If it still fails, contact our 24/7 support with your order number — we resolve or replace verified issues.
