This Return Policy applies to all digital products purchased through our website (giftycode.com) and is part of our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Nature of Digital Products & No Standard Returns

Because our products are digital gift card codes, they cannot be returned or “un-used” once delivered. Once a code is issued and valid, it’s not possible to reverse or retrieve it. Therefore, all purchases are final.

Even if you’re not satisfied with a purchase, or your device or system doesn’t support the product, we cannot accept returns. Please review the product details before placing an order.

2. Cancellations & Refunds Prior to Delivery

If your order has not yet been delivered, you may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. If approved, your refund will be processed via the original payment method within 15 business days or according to your bank’s processing time. After the gift card code has been delivered, we cannot cancel the order or issue a refund.

3. Disputes, Invalid or Already Redeemed Codes

If you believe your code is invalid, already redeemed, or not working, please notify us immediately with all supporting details (proof of purchase, redemption attempt screenshots, timestamps, etc.). We will investigate with the supplier or brand to verify whether the code was valid, and if the brand confirms an error on their side, we may issue a replacement or refund at our discretion. Please note that a refund is not guaranteed and depends on brand approval and the evidence provided.

4. Exceptions & Goodwill Gestures

While refundable returns are not standard, in exceptional cases such as a system error or brand confirmation of fault, we may offer a replacement code, a partial refund, or in rare cases a full refund. Any such decision is subject to our discretion and the brand’s policies.

2. Payment Method Refund Timing

  • Refunds for orders under AED 500 are typically processed instantly after approval (depending on payment method and bank).

  • For orders above AED 500, refunds will be processed within 24 hours.

  • Actual receipt of funds by you depends on your bank or payment provider’s processing times (which may take up to 15 business days in some cases).
