How a top-up by ID works
- 1.Pick the game or app and the pack you need.
- 2.Enter your player ID — and the server or zone, if the game asks for one — on the product page. It shows where to find the ID and what it looks like.
- 3.Pay. The credit is delivered to that ID, and the order page shows the status.

What is a top-up by ID?
A direct credit to a game or app account: diamonds, coins, a pass. You do not receive a code — the pack is delivered to the player ID you enter.
Where do I find my player ID?
In the profile of the game or app. Every product page shows exactly where the ID is and in what format to enter it.
What if I enter a wrong ID?
A top-up sent to an existing ID cannot be reversed, so copy it carefully. If the ID does not exist, the order fails and the payment returns to your balance.
How fast is delivery?
Usually within minutes of payment. In rare cases supplier-side delivery takes up to 24 hours; the order page shows the status.
