Will my phone support eSIM?
You need an eSIM-capable, carrier-unlocked phone: iPhone XS or newer, Samsung Galaxy S20 or newer, Google Pixel 3 or newer, and most flagships since 2018. Dial *#06# — an EID line means eSIM is supported.
How do I install the eSIM?
Right after purchase your order page shows a QR code, a one-tap install link for newer phones, and manual activation details. Install takes about a minute; do it while you still have internet.
Does the eSIM come with a phone number?
No — travel eSIMs are data-only. Calls and SMS work over the internet (WhatsApp, Telegram, FaceTime), which is how most travelers use them anyway.
Can I keep my regular SIM and number?
Yes. The eSIM works alongside your physical SIM: your number stays reachable while mobile data goes through the eSIM — just keep data roaming off on your main SIM to avoid charges.
When does the validity period start?
The validity shown on the plan starts when the eSIM connects to a network for the first time (some plans start on installation — the plan page says which). Until then it simply waits on your phone.
How do I track my data usage?
Live remaining data and validity are on your service page under Account → Services — refreshed on demand, no supplier apps needed.
Can I share data via hotspot?
Most plans allow personal hotspot at no extra cost; a few operators restrict it. If hotspot matters for your trip, check the plan terms before buying.
