Do you ship physical gift cards?

Gifty Code is an online-only store. We do not deliver physical gift cards. All products are digital codes delivered to your email and order page.

How fast will I receive my gift card?

Most orders for verified accounts are delivered instantly to your email and the order page once payment is confirmed. Some orders may require a brief manual review for security and compliance, which can take up to 24 hours. Orders for unverified accounts are delivered within 24 hours.

Do I need a WhatsApp phone number to create an account?

Yes, a valid WhatsApp number is required to create an account. Additional registration methods may be added in the future.

Why is my order on hold?
For your safety and to prevent fraud, some orders are flagged for manual review (for example, newly created accounts, high-value orders, or suspicious activity). We’ll contact you if we need additional information.
Which countries are supported?
Supported countries may change from time to time based on multiple factors, including risk and compliance requirements. If your WhatsApp phone number is accepted during registration, it means your country is currently supported.
Can I open more than one account?

No. Each customer is allowed to have only one account. Multiple accounts under the same customer are not permitted.

Do I need to verify my identity?

Account verification is not mandatory. You can place orders and receive products without it. However, verified accounts get instant delivery, higher purchase limits, and fewer manual reviews, while unverified accounts may face delivery delays (up to 24 hours) and lower limits.

How can I verify my account?

Place an order below AED 500 and follow the secure verification link shown after checkout or sent to your email.You’ll need a valid physical national ID or passport and a quick live photo. Verification usually takes just a minute, and your codes will be delivered immediately after approval.

What are the purchase limits?

Purchase limits are set automatically after each completed order for both verified and unverified accounts. They depend on factors such as account age, purchase history, location, and overall activity. If you receive a limit notification, you may contact us to request an increase, but only verified accounts can request higher limits.

Can the first order be delivered instantly?

Yes. Your first order and the following ones can be delivered instantly. The onboarding and verification process is automated unless an order is flagged by the system for manual review or if the ID verification fails twice.

Can instant delivery be activated for unverified accounts?

Yes. Instant delivery may be activated for unverified accounts without further action. This may occur after your first completed order and could take longer depending on various factors.

What happens if I skip verification?

If you choose not to verify or cannot complete verification, your orders will be manually reviewed and codes will be delivered within 24 hours (usually sooner).

Is my personal information safe?

Your personal information is protected with advanced encryption and handled only by trusted, certified partners such as ShuftiPro, which complies with GDPR and PCI DSS security standards. While no system can be 100% risk-free, we apply strict security measures, monitor for suspicious activity, and never sell or misuse your data. Our goal is to keep your information as secure as possible while ensuring a smooth shopping experience.

💳 Payments and Refunds

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, Skrill, and other local payment methods depending on your region.

Can I pay using someone else’s card or account?

No. We only accept payments from a card or account that belongs to the registered customer. Using a third-party payment method may require additional verification and could lead to account termination.

Can I pay in a currency other than AED?
Yes. The available payment currencies will be displayed during checkout. All orders are invoiced in AED. If you pay using a different currency, the exchange rate applied may differ from market rates. The price in the selected currency will be displayed before completing the payment.
Can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be canceled once the code has been delivered and confirmed as valid. If you have not yet received your code, you can request a refund from your account dashboard.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed instantly for orders below AED 500. Once you request a refund from your dashboard, you will receive a refund ID and the funds should appear in your bank or payment account. If they do not appear, your bank’s processing time may take up to 15 working days. Refunds for orders above AED 500 are processed within 24 hours.

Can I get a refund if I sent the code to someone else?

No. Once you share a delivered code, we cannot guarantee its security or validity.
