Congstar is a German telecommunications provider offering mobile phone services, including prepaid and post-paid plans, as well as internet and landline services.

Congstar top-up cards are used to add credit to prepaid mobile accounts. This credit can then be used for calls, SMS, and mobile data according to the customer's chosen tariff.
