1. Shell E-Vouchers can be valid for all Shell gas stations in Indonesia
2. Payments using Shell E-Vouchers will still earn points in the Shell Asia application
3. Users can use multiple E-Vouchers in one payment
4. If the transaction value exceeds the E-Voucher value, the user can use another payment method to complete the payment
5. If the transaction value is less than the E-Voucher value, the difference is considered forfeited and no refund is allowed
6. Users are required to show a barcode/QR code that says Shell-DMS E-Voucher in front of the cashier when making payment
