How to pay with your card

Check the service-specific setup before entering your card details. A correct region, IP address and billing address prevent most declines.

Purchases are settled in SGD and a separate 2% surcharge is added to the merchant amount.

Example: a purchase equivalent to $10 will debit approximately $10.20.

Before you start

  • Connect to a VPN with a Singapore IP before opening checkout.
  • Reveal and copy the cardholder name and billing address from your GiftyCode account.
  • Keep enough balance for the subscription price and its separate 2% SGD surcharge.

Payment steps

  1. 1Open ChatGPT checkout while the Singapore VPN connection is active.
  2. 2Enter the card number, expiry and CVV exactly as shown in your account.
  3. 3Use the provided cardholder name and billing address in the billing fields.
  4. 4Complete 3-D Secure if requested; the code appears in your GiftyCode account.

If payment is declined

Reconnect to a Singapore IP, reopen checkout in a private window, verify the billing address and make sure the card balance covers the surcharge before trying once more.
