Tez-tez verilən suallar
Kodu nə qədər tez alacağam?
Əksər məhsullar üçün dərhal: ödəniş təsdiqlənən kimi kod sifariş səhifənizdə və təsdiq məktubunda görünür. Nadir hallarda təchizatçı tərəfindən çatdırılma 24 saata qədər çəkə bilər.
Hansı ödəniş üsullarını qəbul edirsiniz?
Kriptovalyuta və ya GiftyCode balansınız. Ödəniş üsuluna görə əlavə haqq varsa, ödənişdən əvvəl göstərilir.
Region hesabımla uyğun gəlmirsə nə olacaq?
Kod yalnız bu səhifədə göstərilən regionda aktivləşdirilir — ABŞ kartı Aİ hesabında istifadə edilə bilməz. Almazdan əvvəl region nişanını yoxlayın; başqa regionda aktivləşdirilmiş kod dəyişdirilmir.
Kod nə qədər müddət etibarlıdır?
Etibarlılıq müddətini brend müəyyən edir — əksər kodların son istifadə tarixi yoxdur və ya ən azı bir il etibarlıdır. Konkret məhdudiyyətlər varsa, bu səhifədəki şərtlərdə göstərilir.
Kodum işləməsə nə etməli?
Əvvəlcə şərtlərdəki region və hesab tələblərini yoxlayın. Yenə işləmirsə, sifariş nömrənizlə 24/7 dəstəyimizə yazın — təsdiqlənmiş problemləri həll edir və ya kodu dəyişirik.
