FAQ

Crypto payment questions

Which cryptocurrencies can I pay with?

USDT, USDC, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), BNB, TRON (TRX), Toncoin (TON), Litecoin (LTC), Dogecoin (DOGE) and XRP. You pick the coin and network at checkout.

Which networks can I use?

USDT on TRC20 (Tron), ERC20 (Ethereum), BEP20 (BNB Smart Chain) and TON; USDC on Ethereum and Arbitrum; ETH on Ethereum and Arbitrum; BTC, LTC, DOGE, TRX, TON, BNB and XRP on their own networks. For XRP and TON, also enter the memo (tag) shown at checkout — without it the payment is lost.

Do I need a special wallet?

Any wallet that can send to a displayed address works — mobile, hardware, or a withdrawal from an exchange account.

When do I receive my order?

Digital codes are released once the payment confirms on the network — for most coins that is a matter of minutes.

What if the payment invoice expires?

An invoice is valid for one hour. If it expires before you send anything, start checkout again to get a fresh one. If your payment arrives late or short, it is not lost: on an account it is credited to your balance, and for a guest order our support team completes the order or refunds you.

Do I need to verify my identity (KYC)?

No. Paying for an order with crypto does not require ID verification. Some countries are not served for legal reasons — checkout tells you if that applies.
