1. Nature of the Product

The Gifty Code Gift Card (AED) is a store credit issued by GIFTY CODE TRADING – L.L.C – O.P.C, a company registered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. It can be used exclusively for purchases made through the official Gifty Code website (www.giftycode.com) and cannot be redeemed elsewhere.

2. Usage and Redemption

• The gift card may be applied toward the purchase of any eligible products or services offered on giftycode.com.
• Multiple gift cards may be used for a single order, provided the total value does not exceed the order amount.
• If the total purchase amount exceeds the value of the gift card, the remaining balance must be paid using another accepted payment method.
• Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or store credits.

3. Balance and Expiry

• The full or remaining balance of a Gifty Code Gift Card can be checked by contacting support@giftycode.com .
• Each Gifty Code Gift Card is valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase, unless a different validity period is clearly stated at the time of issuance.
• GIFTY CODE TRADING – L.L.C – O.P.C reserves the right to deactivate or suspend any card found to be involved in fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

4. Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable

• Once purchased, the Gifty Code Gift Card cannot be refunded, replaced, or exchanged for cash or credit (in whole or in part).
• Lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of the gift card is the sole responsibility of the holder.
• GIFTY CODE TRADING – L.L.C – O.P.C shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use, theft, or misuse of the gift card.

5. Limitations

• The gift card cannot be reloaded, resold, or transferred to another user account without written authorization from GIFTY CODE TRADING – L.L.C – O.P.C.
• Gifty Code reserves the right to limit the maximum purchase or usage value per customer for security or regulatory compliance reasons.
• Cards purchased through unauthorized resellers or marketplaces may be voided without notice.

6. Compliance and Fraud Prevention
• GIFTY CODE TRADING – L.L.C – O.P.C reserves the right to request identity verification or additional documentation prior to activation or redemption of the card.
7. Modification and Termination

• GIFTY CODE TRADING – L.L.C – O.P.C may modify, suspend, or discontinue the gift card program at any time with or without notice, provided that any outstanding balances remain valid for use or refund according to applicable law.
• Any changes to the policy will be reflected on www.giftycode.com and take effect immediately upon posting.

8. Governing Law
This policy and all related disputes are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, under the jurisdiction of the Abu Dhabi authorities.
