Gifty Code operates exclusively as a digital commerce platform. We deliver digital gift cards and codes electronically. No physical products are shipped. This policy outlines our delivery process, account requirements, and purchase guidelines.
1. Instant Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment, your digital gift card or product code is typically delivered instantly. The details will be displayed on the order confirmation screen and sent to the email address associated with your account.

In rare cases, an order may be temporarily placed on hold for additional security review. This may occur on any order and is part of our fraud prevention and compliance procedures. Manual reviews are usually completed within 24 hours. If further verification is required, we may contact you using the email address registered on your account.

2. Account & Access Requirements

To place an order and receive digital products, customers must maintain an active Gifty Code account with a valid email address. Each customer is permitted to hold one account only. Creating or operating multiple accounts is not allowed and may result in account restrictions or suspension.

3. Purchase Limits & Verification

For security and operational reasons, purchase limits may apply. These limits may be set on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis and can relate to the number of orders or total purchase value.

Limits are assigned and adjusted automatically based on several factors, including account age, transaction history, location, and overall activity. Account verification is not required to place orders or receive digital products; however, verified accounts benefit from higher purchase limits and enhanced flexibility.

Verification becomes available after at least one completed order and can be initiated through the account dashboard. You'll need a valid physical national ID or passport and a quick live photo. Verification is handled by our partner ShuftiPro and usually takes just a minute.

4. Accepted Payment Methods

We support multiple secure payment options, including:

• Cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin (BTC) and supported stablecoins such as USDT and USDC
• Credit and debit cards
• Digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay

Gifty Code reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or cancel any payment or order. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used, in accordance with our refund processing timelines.

5. Customer Responsibility

Before completing a purchase, customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, supported regions, and the brand’s applicable terms and conditions as displayed on the product page.

Gifty Code is not responsible for purchases made for unsupported regions, incompatible platforms, or products used in a manner that is not aligned with the brand’s terms and conditions. All digital codes are delivered as described once payment is successfully completed.
