E-Vouchers are valid for online purchases only at id.hm.com. Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Not exchangeable for cash or cash equivalents. Not applicable to purchase new e-vouchers. Can be used for full or partial payment. If the order value is lower than the voucher value, the remaining balance will be forfeited. Cannot be combined with credit cards or Atome payment methods. Can only be combined with bank transfers. Refunds are only valid for full-priced products. Discounted products, promotional items, special collections, and designer collections are non-refundable. Not valid for previous purchases. The recipient is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the e-voucher code. H&M is not responsible for the loss or misuse of e-vouchers.
