If the purchase amount in the "Komus" online store is less than the certificate's face value, the remaining balance will be kept as unused for the next purchase in the "Komus" online store (not refunded in cash).

How to use the certificate in a "Komus" retail store: The certificate must be shown at the checkout on your mobile device screen; printing is not required. The certificate can only be used once by the holder. The certificate cannot be used to pay for services such as "Furniture assembly", "Cartridge refilling", and others. However, it can be used to pay for the "Product delivery" service. When paying for an order with the "Komus" certificate, gift cards and bonuses cannot be used simultaneously. When paying for an order with the "Komus" certificate on the website www.komus.com, the "Pickup from pickup points" service is unavailable (including from retail stores, Boxberry delivery points, etc.).
