Giá trị thanh toán tối đa bằng e-voucher trên mỗi hóa đơn sẽ khác nhau ở từng siêu thị và từng thời điểm. Không áp dụng e-voucher cho khách hàng mua hàng số lượng lớn (khách hàng sỉ) E-Voucher được áp dụng cùng với các chương trình khuyến mãi khác của BigC bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn chương trình tích điểm, trừ các quy định khác của BigC (nếu có) E-Voucher không được quy đổi thành tiền và không hoàn lại tiền thừa, giá trị đơn hàng phải lớn hơn hoặc bằng giá trị e-voucher (nếu giá trị đơn hàng lớn hơn giá trị e-voucher, khách hàng phải thanh toán thêm phần tiền chênh lệch). BigC không hoàn trả e-voucher cho Khách hàng trong trường hợp đổi trả hàng.
